Mike Muaina

Michael, raised in Southern California, gained valuable life skills and business expertise through hands-on experience rather than formal education. After serving as a Spanish-speaking missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, he spent eight years at Hughes Aircraft Company before pursuing entrepreneurship. Over the past 35 years, Michael has engaged in diverse industries—including commercial & residential construction management, manufacturing, technology, and food and beverage—developing a passion for building meaningful relationships and mastering business management, sales, and leadership. Motivated by a vision to create generational wealth and financial stability for others, he founded FORGE Life Global, leveraging partnerships with like-minded individuals to drive success.

James Moyes

James earned his BA with cum laude honors from Utah Valley State College in 2003, and graduated with a Masters of Business Administration from Utah State University in 2006. Prior to co-founding RedStone Advisors in 2008 James spent several years with Merrill Lynch in Provo, Utah. James has a special interest in working with all sizes of organizations in developing and maintaining effective retirement plans and helping their employees understand and utilize their employers retirement benefit. This led James to pursue both the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designations. Additionally James is experienced in working with wealth management clientele and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®).

James has been featured in Forbes, Fortune and Money magazines, has been named to the Financial Times top Financial Advisors list for 6 consecutive years and was recognized at one of the National Association of Plan Advisors’ (NAPA) top 40 under 40 in 2016 and 2017. He has testified before the Utah State Senate Finance Committee and United States Senate Finance Sub-Committee on topics pertaining to the impacts of legislation on retirement plans, plan sponsors and plan participants.

James resides in Lehi with his wife and four girls. He is an avid wildlife enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family hunting, fishing, hiking and almost anything else involving the outdoors. His 4 daughters are active in sports and keep James grounded and his priorities straight.

Daren Wilde

Daren Wilde is our Chief Operating Officer here at FORGE Life Global. His passion for business operations has been forged over a lifetime of experience. There has never been a challenge too big for him to take on full bore.

After his time in the military as an Air Force Pilot he cut his teeth in the operational world at iDeal International. He was responsible for unprecedented growth in an emerging industry of online auctions and sales. Upon the sale of iDeal International Daren turned his attention back to aviation and honed his entrepreneurial skills by starting Morning Star Balloons, a highly successful tourism ride operation in Park City, Ut. This afforded him the opportunity to grow again as a business owner while at the same time being available to help raise his family.

Married for over 35 years, his family has been the source of his greatest joy. After serving missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, his children, both of whom are FORGE Founders, were married leaving Daren an empty nester with his wife Angie. Daren then turned his attention to professional aviation again, this time as an airline pilot for Spirit Airlines.

Now coming to the end of his career in aviation, Daren has agreed to share his talents and help build FORGE Life Global as the preeminent powerhouse in providing financial freedom for the masses. Daren has been working behind the scenes with FORGE Life Global from the beginning, and is excited and honored to come forward as the COO.

John Nitta

After graduating from Arizona State University's school of business, John began his career in the accounting department of a regional cable TV company. He eventually rose to the position of executive vice president of finance and a member of the board of directors for TEN Private Cable Systems (TEN).

After leaving TEN, John went to work for Yamagata Enterprises, Inc. (YEI), a private equity company in Las Vegas, starting out in the finance/accounting department eventually becoming the Controller of the company. He transitioned from the finance department and became Vice President of Business Development. In this position, John's duties included due diligence in new investment opportunities, managing the investments of YEI, and other management duties/decisions of the company. Other duties included being a member of the board of directors of YEI's portfolio companies such as Morris Travel Services, Domino's Pizza Japan, Community Bank of Nevada, et al.

John has been active in charitable/volunteer endeavors such as an organizer and president of Yamagata Foundation, a member of BYU-Hawaii's David O. McKay Circle of donors, and a board member of the Ace Academy.

Derek Muaina

Following receipt of a bachelors in science in chemical engineering, Derek obtained both his JD and MBA from Brigham Young University in 2011. After several years of practicing civil litigation, he began representing corporate clients in transactional matters, and acquired a wide array of skills in various areas of the law, including contracts, real estate, regulatory, compliance and environmental work. More recent work introduced him to privacy and cybersecurity work and an interest in blockchain technology. Derek oversees all of FORGE Life Global's legal, compliance and governance matters.

Nigel Wood

Nigel has over 20 years of technology industry experience, with work experience at Novell, Adobe, Infor, and Proofpoint. He earned a BS degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University and earned a MS degree in Information Systems from DePaul University. His area of expertise includes, digital imaging, SaaS, customer experience (CX), strategic account management and vendor management. Nigel's goal at FORGE Life Global is to provide and support customers the best and most personal experience as they journey along with FORGE's cutting edge platforms.

Luke Epps

Luke Epps is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business operations. With a plethora of experience, he has established a reputation as a strategic, innovative thinker, providing immense value to numerous start-up organizations and established companies over the past two decades.

After completing his studies in Business Management and Information Technology at Liberty University, Luke worked as Director of Client Services and eDiscovery, providing computer forensics expertise for the largest litigation support firm in the Carolinas. Throughout his career, Luke has demonstrated a strong ability to develop relationships across borders and cultures. He is adept at maximizing organizational efficiency and possesses a keen ability to adapt. With expertise in international business operations and analysis, he excels in managing complex projects and programs, leveraging his extensive knowledge to strategically plan and execute business expansion by establishing and negotiating profitability, logistics, banking, legal framework, and marketing strategy.

In addition to his technical abilities, Luke is recognized for his collaborative, team-centered approach. He leads by example, empowering teams to always put forth 100% effort and dedication. Beyond his professional endeavors, Luke is passionate about his wife and kids, and enjoys reading, playing golf, and attending concerts whenever given the opportunity.
